If you have done Advance payment against any COD order booking, can’t be refunded once the order is shipped.
High Value above INR.10,000/- Paid order buyers can ask refund any time, but they have to bear the cost of 2.5% against their order value.
Below 10,000/- Paid order value buyer can ask refund before dispatched their order and no deduction will be done, but after dispatched if buyer not accept or cancel their order then they have to bear the cost INR.200/-.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, that item service as warranty mentioned over the site and it is Brand Warranty / Website Warranty.
Under 7 days Return / Replacement / Refund policy
if you want to Return any Universal Branded Product for not interested or not like your choice, then we are very sorry these type of request can’t be taken under Return, Refund & Replacement policy.
if you have any issue within 7 days any Universal Branded Product or any of the product buy from our website then you can ask Refund / Replacement for the same, we will replace you with the same product and for refund that will be transfer to your e-wallet if you don’t want replacement against it, for future you can buy any other product from your e-wallet.
If the product under Brand Warranty then after seven days you have to visit service centre of the brand to avail your warranty.
If the product under our website warranty then you have to contact us with any method mentioned over the invoice as well on our contact page, we will guide you to avail your free service warranty.
To be eligible for a sure return-refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, then we will refund you once we received back the item from your side.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should email to us then we will guide you over the mail or call for vendor address to return back.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
